Although we call it "simple" in reality it is much more than your basic Will.  Each Will contains a "sprinkle trust" for the benefit of young beneficiaries ... e.g. your children...grandchildren...etc.  It also provides for disabled beneficiaries.  This can save tens of thousands of dollars in legal expenses and allow you greater control over funds going to immature heirs.

For no additional fee, we also provide two important and very necessary documents:

               Medical Power of Attorney; 
   
               Advance Medical Directive (also known as a "Living Will")

Each of these additional documents are essential to each and every person.  No one should be without either.

Should you ever become incapacited and unable to make your own medical decisions, whether due to accident, illness or otherwise, with the Medical Power of Attorney in place, you have appointed someone who has been previously empowered to make those important medical decisions for you. 

The Advance Medical Directive, also known as a "Living Will", is an important document that tells the world how you wish to be treated in the last stages of your life.  It is essential to avoid a "Terri Schiavo" like situation.  You might remember that her illness and condition gripped the national headlines a few years ago.  It was a tragic and painful situation and regardless of the political issues and positions taken by either side, had an Advance Medical Directive been in place, then most likely the controversy would have never become "news".

We will review your information and once we have accepted represenation we will contact you with any further information we may need and begin to prepare your will and associated documents.  

After we prepare a draft of your documents we will then send them to you for your review.  We can then discuss either by telephone or email.  You can make any changes you want and once the draft is finalized we will prepare your documents ready for signature and contact you to make signing arrangements. 

It's that easy. 

Our Simple Wills Program ™ is designed to eliminate at least one visit to our office thereby saving you considerable time and inconvenience involved with additional appointments, taking the time away from work, scheduling childcare, expending money for gas, bus fare or making other travel arrangements. 

It is our goal to provide your Will with as little as one client visit.  While we do not discourage additional visits, we know the trouble and expense it takes for each trip and want to make your experience to be as easy and convenient for you as possible.  We want to keep your Will simple.
