Although we call it "simple" in reality it is much more than your basic Will.  Each Will contains a "sprinkle trust" for the benefit of young beneficiaries ... e.g. your children...grandchildren...etc.  It also provides for disabled beneficiaries.  This can save tens of thousands of dollars in legal expenses and allows you greater control over funds going to immature heirs.
